Last year we expanded our business into Australia and we decided to use cloud based accounting and inventory products. We did not have the luxury of a lot of time to get it all up and running. Stephen did an incredible job not only implementing the new system but he was key in designing our systems. Stephen also trained all our staff to use Xero and DEAR, his training was thorough and he is well liked by our whole team. He has also been very helpful after the implementation taking care of any post implementation issues that we needed assistance with. We have been operating Xero and DEAR for a few months and it has all run very smoothly thanks to the excellent work Stephen has done with the design and implementation. It was all completed ahead of schedule and cheaper than expected! Stephen communicated very well with all the different divisions of our business to ensure that everything worked seamlessly. My only complaint is that we could not keep Stephen permanently!
